Poultry Ideas
Turkey Breast. I think was very good but we had that for Thanksgiving.

Rock Cornish game hens. They serve 1 each, maybe. I have never fixed any. Probably very good but maybe no better than Costco chicken. Maybe a salmon first course. Downside is cost and no leftovers.
